From my spine to my mind.
Navel cord and time.
Binding me and stringing me
Not blood and sweat but heart felt thoughts.
Him and I
No longer separate but intertwined.
Him and I.
Stitch by stitch
Every inch we’re stitched
Limb, mind, heart and soul.
Together we burn.
Sifting each other, perfecting our cause.
Dust to dust and ashes to ashes. we lay down and get back up.
Inseparable, we’re matches.
Igniting each others flames
Like gasoline on my fire.
We burn slow and steady.
No abrupt combustion but intently set apart concupiscence love.

I’m journaling through space and time. As a natural born foodie, seeking to establish my own mental health and wellness retreat centers. Evaporating my fears, fighting adamantly for self-love. As a connection activist, I diligently express modern relationships painted vivaciously through the lenses of Poetry, Psychology and some legal finesse. Enthusiastically imparting empathetic, empathetic love, counseling all broken yet kind hearts. As a philosophical, music, literature analyst, teaching traditional dance and integrated health as a mental health and wellness physician. My love for God outweighs our silly interpretations of religion, reminding others and self-reflecting on good religion, relationships and love. Contrary to popular belief we can be happy on earth and in heaven.
